Börringekloster is located by Klosterviken, near road E65 and opposite the exit to Sturup. It is a castle that in the 13th century was built as a Benedictine monastery. The current main building was built in 1763, but the third floor was not added until 1863. The castle is not open to the public. On the other hand, there is a farm shop with locally produced products and a preschool, Börringebarnen, which is run as a parent cooperative. The preschool was started in 1989 by Eva Ramel, who together with her husband Fredrik Ramel owns the castle.
