The Wotruba Church is an artistic and religious monument of the first order; Wotruba saw it as a "sculpture in which landscape, architecture and city become one". The apparent chaos that resulted from the arrangement of asymmetrical cyclops-like blocks (152 concrete blocks with a total weight of over 4,000 tons were piled up) ultimately led to a harmonious unity and symbolized conflict and pluralism.

It seems that 152 raw concrete blocks are stacked on top of each other, the interspaces are glazed. The architectural style is called "brutalism" (from French "béton brut" = raw concrete, or exposed concrete)
About 200 meters southwest of the church, accessible through labyrinth-like paths in the bush, there is the "Star Garden", an outdoor planetarium.
On the site was previously a barracks from the 2nd World War of the still some wall remains are present.
