Mountainbiking

This short but beautiful section uses the old route of the "Heubergbahn" including the car tunnel. The total of 18 kilometers long route can only be partially driven, which is why it is quite an up and down if you want to ride the entire bike path. Either way, the tunnel south of Gosheim is a highlight. There are plenty of information boards near the tunnel that provide information about the route.

Cykling

The car tunnel belongs to the former Heubergbahn. You can drive along the old route, there you can still find the remains of old bridges.

Mountainbiking

Remains of the former about 300 m long viaduct over the Wettbachtal - part of the former Heubergbahn.
Anyone who dares can walk along the bridge from the south for quite a while - but it is a dead end, the bridge is no longer continuous!
