Cykling

Sea wall with gravel path. It's a footpath but a permissive bike route, providing walkers are given priority. A simply stunning place to ride with the sea on one side and nature reserve on the other. The path follows the route of the Solent Way which goes from Milford-on-Sea all the way to Emsworth Harbour, near Chichester.

Gravel track around the edge of a wetland/nature reserve, there's lots of birdlife to be seen Great views across the Solent to the IOW and the needles, bikes welcome but asked to give priority to pedestrians. On a sunny day it's spectacular, in the winter I imagine it can be pretty windswept!

The coastal path is 7 miles of cycling heaven with panoramic views of the Solent, Isle of Wight and the famous Needles
