The church of San Francesco di Paola stands on the homonymous large square, near Piazza del Popolo and a short distance from the Rosario church. The current church, which dates back to after the earthquake of 1783, has a clear vertical development, has two bell towers and near the entrance, two terracotta statues modeled by the Morani are placed in two niches. The saint to whom it is dedicated, or St.Francis of Paola, is celebrated on April 2.
