Located beneath Valladolid, these cellars house Tempranillo and Tinta del País wines, aged amidst stone and silence. What's not often mentioned is that some tunnels extend under the ancient city walls, reaching even houses in the old town, once used to move barrels unseen. Today, amidst the cool air and the scent of wood, one can still sense the echoes of that secret underground activity.
