Unsurfaced dirt road that climbs up from the Transpennine Trail towards Hunshelf. It's a good shortcut over the tops to Deepcar (dropping down Pearoyd) rather than going all the way roud on the trail.

Wide, gravelly track that climbs up from the TPT (not too steep though) and joins up with lanes to climb up and over the hill to Stocksbridge (via Pearoyd Lane descent - amazing views). Nice alternative shortcut instead of going all the way round on the TPT as long as you don't mind a climb.
