cross-country mountain biking area with elevation, paths and single-track
Be careful to choose the times to avoid walkers
Use caution and courtesy with hikers
We can easily develop a loop of 3/4 Kms
A mountain bike in good condition and the wearing of gloves, mountain bike shoes and a helmet is highly recommended
Good training, Pascal Alias FREETUBE (I will make a video on this area)
