Where grain was milled until around 60 years ago, the Schamper Mill now houses two three-story, mirror-image vacation apartments: Kamut and Einkorn. In addition to the building's distinctive octagonal shape, the massive support beams and the open wooden staircase connecting the three floors bear witness to its original purpose.
