Until my arrival at the Rappbodetalsperre I did not know that there is such a spectacular suspension bridge. What was built there as a public attraction is definitely worth a visit. The whole paired with an impressive mountain landscape.

The bridge is the world's longest suspension bridge for pedestrians of its kind with 483 m. It runs parallel to the Rappbodetalsperre. The crossing costs 6 €. The company Harzdrenalin offers pendulum jumps as single or tandem jumps from the bridge.

If you are not completely afraid of heights, here is my personal tip: DO NOT look down when walking over the grid floor. With the view over the railing it works. The bridge also vibrates a bit.
