As the heart of this church and community center, Düttmann uses a central courtyard as a recurring theme, which was originally also part of the path system in the residential area and was thus intended to be a meeting point for residents.

As the flagship of architectural brutalism, the former Catholic. Church opened in 1967. Renovated from 2012 to 2015, the main building now serves as an art gallery.
