Vandring
The Holländer-Galerie-Mühle, built in 1871/73, is the last of its kind in Lauenburg. Lovingly restored in 1985, it still vividly shows its visitors the development of grain to flour. The mill museum is open daily. The hotel-restaurant "Lauenburger Mühle" is located next to the Holländer-Mühle.

This is how Wiki describes it. The mill is not easy to find. It lies on the other side of the B5, near Buchhorst. The mill looks a bit neglected from the outside, if you take a closer look. It is also museum and hotel.
