At Cal Tuset we started making the typical round cupcakes, but they were not attractive to our customers. So we chose to make them very large, almost gigantic, with four points and sell them.
Little by little, however, the inhabitants of Castellfollit themselves are asking us to fill them with chocolate or apple. We listened to the customers and, today, we already have 24 varieties.
