Information:
A fortified church is believed to have been built on this site around the year 1000. The current church dates from the 18th century. Its present form largely reflects the results of extensive interior and exterior renovations carried out between 1714 and 1768.

Cykling
The history of the church is very unclear. The south-east buttress of the rectangular hall building and the south gate are Gothic, but apart from the bells the building shows no older traces. Modifications to the organ choir from 1670 and 1715, a remodeling of the interior from 1768 and isolated repairs in the 19th century are known. The building is plain on the outside, with a flat ceiling, partitioned by battens and surrounded by a gallery (the second was removed in 1961 due to dilapidation).
