The iron cross with the figure of Christ has stood on a stone pedestal high above Beutelsbach since 1933. Several footpaths lead to the idyllic spot on the edge of the forest from Beutelsbach and from the village of Kleeberg. After the short, steep ascent, the visitor is rewarded with a wonderful view of the Beutelsbach and Aidenbach. In today's peaceful atmosphere, one can hardly imagine the tragedy (peasants' battle) that took place here in 1706.
