    Mata de Belas is an important green spot so close to Lisbon, where in addition to a lush vegetation of oaks, chestnut trees and other species where we can appreciate the Aqueduto das Águas Livres and Quinta da Fonteireira. It is also possible to climb up to the geodesic landmark of Penedos Pardos, cross the chestnut stream and a tributary of the Jamor River.
