This mountain lodge in 2017 sweetened us with a delicious coffee and a snack, the agonizing climb to Monte Casale. Unfortunately, the Rifugio will be closed all summer in 2019. A pity.

What a perfect day! 5:45 departure from the industrial area for the Che Guevara via ferrata. 8:15 at the summit of Monte Casale, 8:30 beer and cake with Luciana at the hut. 10:45 back in the industrial area. Heavy thighs but full of happiness. Thank you Luciana! (25.07.24)

The climb to Monte Casale is exhausting and sweaty. In the gorgeous mountain hut, you can recover from the hardships and replenish spent grains. After all, you have to get off the mountain again.
