Cykling

Looks like a train station, but somehow it's not just a junction of the SWEG. Trains still run here, but mainly freight trains from the Greffern Chemical Park.
There is a small bar with a terrace right next door or the retirement home around the corner, where you can also get ice cream to take away.

Well, apart from tracks and a bus station, there isn't really anything to marvel at with "railway nostalgia" in my opinion. However, the Radwg in the direction of Balzhofen runs along the railway in sections and is very nice to ride.

This is where the old Schwarzach - Bühl railway line begins. After a brief shutdown, this was reopened for freight traffic in 1972. At this point you can, among other things, see an old decoy shed.
The SWEG has a base here.
