The Lilienthal Elephant Museum ("Elefantastic - Mythos Elefant - Volker Kühn Collection") is a privately run museum on the subject of elephants. It is located in the municipality of Lilienthal in the Osterholz district in Lower Saxony.
In the exhibition of the Kühn Gallery, representations of elephants from all over the world are presented in around 5000 exhibits: elephants in cultural history as a sculpture, as a picture, as a gift and as kitsch.
The museum in Hauptstraße 2a is open three days a week and individually by appointment.
