The old town hall has a lively history: Built in the 15th century as the church of St. Wolfgang, the chapel was destroyed during the Turkish siege of 1750. After reconstruction, it was a school and a residence before it burned down in 1901. It was then used as the town hall until the 1970s, before it finally opened its doors as a cultural venue in 1989 after renovation.

The Old Town Hall in Wiener Neudorf is a historic building and is located at Rathausplatz 11. The ground floor in the Old Town Hall is ideal for exhibitions due to the gallery and bar room. On the first floor is the ballroom with adjoining cloakroom, which offers space for a total of 100 people.

As one might suppose originally Sankt Wolfgang Church first mentioned in 1493 - partially destroyed in the Turkish period 1750 restored and extended 1780 School and residential building destroyed by fire in 1901 1902 Reconstruction and use as city hall renovated in 1989 and opened as a cultural center.
