Mountainbiking
The roots are definitely easy to drive with the right tire. If it's dry no problem anyway.

Mountainbiking
Long curvy single trail, a little more demanding in some places. Some hills are a little steep - you would have to push from one side, from the other it is a steep, demanding, fun descent - overall, highly recommended due to its length.

The path seems to be growing slowly. At one point it was so steep, rooty and sometimes with slippery steps that I had to push. Overall, the path is quite rooty.
