Mountainbiking
a trail jewel. The surroundings are splendid. In dry weather passable by "standard" bike but presents small difficulties for beginners (a small steep climb, roots). It's perfect for mountain bikes and gravel bikes.
Otherwise, if the ground is slushy, it could be a bit of a hassle.

Mountainbiking
Be very carrefully ! Ideally do a first pass and don't do it with mud unless you have an excellent level (and excellent brakes ^^)
