Today's Hallig Church of Oland is a hall church from 1824, which withstood the severe storm floods of 1825 and 1962, among other things. The church is very small. The baptismal font dates from the Romanesque period. The figure that adorns the crucifix is of a similar age. The cross itself was later renewed. The altar is small and dates from more recent times.

Even if you don't have much interest in churches, a visit to this building is definitely recommended because it radiates a very special atmosphere and preserves many details and objects from the past centuries.
