The Maienwald is hardly visited.
Here is a wonderful barbecue hut and a football field.
The foresters have set up a camp there.
There is an oak and an ash next to the hut.
These are likely to be older than 70 years.
A rule of the foresters is:
If the ash drifts in front of the oak, there will be bleach.
If the oak drifts before the ash, there is a wash.
This means that in the year of washing (lots of rain) it is ideal to plant trees.
