Landevejscykling

The church in Hagenbüchach was first mentioned in a document in 1158 as a daughter church of the parish of Emskirchen. The latter belonged to the monastery association of the Benedictine Abbey in Mönchaurach. Romanesque components in the chancel arch of the church have been preserved from the same period, attributed to the Hirsauer Bauschule. In 1499 the renovated nave was completed. A cuboid with this year on the southern wall, between the door and the western window, still reminds us of this date.
