A SIP OF HEAVEN ON EARTH!
At the Benedictine monastery of Fischingen, we brew handcrafted gourmet beers using traditional recipes combined with modern knowledge and technology. The beers are made from the finest monastery water, select malt, aromatic hops, forest herbs, and spices. The use of rare yeasts and extensive aging results in a unique, full-bodied flavor.

If you like to drink something other than lager, you should stop by here. In the small monastery brewery housed in the Benedictine monastery in Fischingen, special beers are brewed according to traditional recipes: craft beer, seasonal beers, Bières d'Abbaye Triple (based on Belgian beer) and Bières Grand Cru, the latter with maturation in rum and whiskey barrels.
