The two-storey, listed building with a tent roof and a weather vane in the shape of a monk was probably built in 1537 and stands on the southern flank of the Hagelsberg. The name of the house goes back to the Heilbronn Carmelite monastery, which once had extensive vineyard holdings in Flein.

The listed Carmelite house in the Flein district is one of the art and cultural monuments in the Heilbronn district. The name of the baroque vineyard cottage goes back to the Heilbronn Carmelite monastery, which once owned extensive vineyards in Flein. The house itself was probably built in several construction stages. The last renovation took place in 1981. Unfortunately, the house does not serve as a refuge in bad weather, as access to the house is not possible.
