Vandring
This piece usually wanders easily and quickly without boredom. The path always leads along the wide sunny river valley of Handölan between shrubs and bushes. Some tributaries can be crossed by bridges, others must be wadded - so shoes off and into the freezing cold water! Be sure to run easily against the current and only up to your knees into the water to keep your balance. Trekking sandals protect against sharp stones, trekking poles can prevent unwanted buckling. With refreshed legs, the last meters then run by themselves.
