The Cäcilienbrunnen is a listed fountain in the Cäcilienbrunnenstraße in Heilbronn.
Access is locked, and that's a good thing, otherwise you'll soon find a rubbish dump there again.
I was surprised and also happy that he hasn't become a victim of graffiti sprayers so far.
A photo comes from the waterworks in Heilbronn, Salzstraße 131, the waterworks were opened in 1875, a beautiful brick building.
