It was laid out in 1568–1596, expanded and rebuilt in 1848 and 1936. He gets his water from the Münzbach or the Müdisdorf Rösche. The dam is designed as an earth dam with a clay seal and tarras wall. On it there is a harrow house with the only original harrow system. Below the pond there is a so-called Rothbach water divider.
