The two kilometers long and about half a kilometer wide island is also called Bacardi Island, as the Dominicans are convinced that here the company Bacardi has made a commercial.
Through the island lead different ways that you can explore. On the beach itself, there are many small stalls where food is prepared and sold throughout the day. You should be here early in the morning or late in the afternoon. At these times, the beaches are much less crowded.
