You just have to take the time. San Gimignano, the "city of towers" is not for nothing one of the most popular tourist destinations in Tuscany. The medieval town center is a UNESCO heritage site and can be seen from afar because of its towers. It's just something special to stroll through the narrow streets of the city. Treat yourself to a break, have an espresso or stop in an osteria. In no case should you miss the ice cream parlor Piazza, whose hearty owner not only conjures up excellent ice cream, but since 2016 officially ice cream ambassador.
