Unreliable, it is better to ask for appointments before you arrive before you drive for free. Also extremely expensive by Polish standards.

Unreliable! We came by bike from Szczecin on the way to the Baltic Sea and arrived at the port of Trzebiez on time. When we asked, we were told that the ferry was not running. There was no alternative. As a consequence, you have to go back to Szczecin. Not again!

and a wheel to cross. Very reliable and on time. He speaks very good english. Just call. Therefore a clear recommendation if you choose the eastern route around the lagoon. 20 km saved compared to the route via Szczecin.
