    Landevejscykling

Polk Street is the best North-South axis for bikers through downtown San Francisco, marked with a dedicated bike lane, with just a shared bike/car lane South-North.
Least elevation change to cut North/South through the middle of San Francisco. Marked separate bike lane in both directions for most of Polk Ste, unfortunately it merges for a few blocks with traffic in the middle of this section.
