As soon as the sun is shining, a lot of two and four-legged friends are on the bike path. Then it's time to slow down or simply take a break and enjoy the view of the river Main.

In the summer a place to stay. You have to be hell-bent on not being overlooked on the busy main bike path, but to the left and right of it is nice. A bath in the Main is just as much as an ice cream on the promenade. A playground with artificial stream attracts children and a few steps mainauf there is the bypass and a huge bank to see something.

Landevejscykling

With a playground and a small swimming area, the beach promenade is a good place to take a break with the family. Food is available in the ice cream parlor, the bakery or one of the inns. The road bike is always a bit uncomfortable because you have to be careful with children, pedestrians and rollerbladers. So: brake!

Incidentally, it is exciting January and February, as the Main is always the first to flood here. A suitable bypass is available and there are always (in time) warning signs.
