Mountainbiking
As of November 2020, the segment along the stream is perfectly rideable. It looks like the surface has been smoothed for trucks and machinery.

Mountainbiking
The entire path along the stream is completely impassable for mountain bikers! A local told us that during the last major storm, a large wave was released from the reservoir. Result: the path consists mostly of heavy scree and has some deep holes that were difficult even for us hikers. With the bike - no getting through.
