Vandring
At the Grenjaðarstaður museum farm, the thick walls are striking, which is rarely found in other turf buildings. The farm was inhabited until 1949 and has been preserved in good condition. The farm has been open as a museum since 1958. There is a German-language brochure for visitors with explanations of the individual rooms.
