Small is beautiful. Nice piece of forest where a number of paths run through. Nice to cycle through as part of a larger route. There are tree trunks along the path on some paths, good to maintain your bunny-hop skills a bit.

Pay attention to the other recreationists in this forest! The paths are narrow and we therefore also share with hikers and runners, so slow down for a while 👍🏻

De Vennebulten nature reserve is a great place for walking and cycling. The Municipality of Oude IJsselstreek installed a beautiful lookout tower in 2014, from which you have a very beautiful panoramic view of the nature reserve, in particular the Schaapskooi.
