Cykling
After you stop for snacks at the Hunger Mtn. COOP, hop on this path to avoid the traffic of downtown Montpelier if you are headed towards Middlesex/Waterbury. It will take you along the river and across a couple of bridges until you reach its end at the intersection with Junction Road. Junction Road is an enjoyable stretch of gravel that keeps you off Route 2 until Middlesex.
