Mountainbiking
The GR Long Wild Coast is prohibited for bicycles under penalty of a fine. Other than that it's actually very beautiful.

Mountainbiking
Very nice, varied route, the distance seemed too short to me but in the end I finished the whole Penthievre Quiberon part with the wind in my face...
I had to cross some very flooded singles, including a very long one with water up to the cans 🛶
On the other hand, the part which runs along
the beach is worth avoiding.
Impossible to ride in the sand and it seems to me that the coastal paths are prohibited for bicycles.
