Mountainbiking
Going up KR is probably the best way to get to the top of the trail system here. It's Rooty, and Rocky, classic New England trail, with a gradient to get your heart beating quickly. It does flatten out at the top to help you cruise in to the end of the trail. Take a break and leave your bike for the 0.4 mile hike up to the top of Black Cap for some great views of the valley.
