Vandring
St John’s is a ruined church and old graveyard in Killean. The church is first recorded in around 1222 and was abandoned due to its deteriorating structure in the late 18th century. Now roofless and covered in ivy, the church is a haunting place, as is the graveyard, which has stones dating back hundreds of years. Inside the church, you find some impressive carved grave slabs.
