The historic harbor is part of the old town of Weener. Together with the beautiful houses from the 18th and 19th centuries, this results in a picturesque cityscape. A really pretty little town well worth a visit.

The basin of the historic harbor, which was built in the 16th century, now protrudes far into the old town almost to the Norderstrasse. Medium-sized town houses, workers' houses and warehouses frame the harbor area with its many traditional ships on both sides. The motorhome parking space is in the direction of the lock.

The historic port in Weener is the central highlight of the metropolis of the Rheiderland. With the many historical and modern sailing ships that anchor here, the historical buildings and the pavement, the place enchants with its nostalgic ambience.
