The largest rock gate of the water stones, what forces must have worked here.

The Great Waterstone is a twelve meter deep rock gate. The so-called natural stone bridge is up to 7.5 meters wide and six meters high. The passageway was probably in prehistoric times a refuge for Stone Age hunters, which was evidenced by finds. In the White Jura - about 161 to 150 million years ago - the whole of southern Germany was under water. During this time, powerful rock effects were deposited on the seafloor due to constant subsidence of the earth's crust. You can still see these Jurassic sediments today.

Imposing about 12m deep rock gate, a through cave, and of course a popular photo motif, you should definitely take a look. This passage cave was probably a refuge for Stone Age hunters in prehistoric times, which has been proven by finds.
