Vandring
The hiking trail leads directly through the Königsheide on the high plateau to the highest point, the Hohberg at 863 meters. On the way the path leads past the Drei-Jungfern-Brunnen and the Mahlsack, a historical landmark from the mid-19th century.

Vandring
The marked trail does NOT pass the Hirtenstein. This is a few meters further on the ladder to heaven.
Unfortunately, the main path was badly damaged and is currently full of mud and water. The paths to the side are idyllic and nice to walk on.

Vandring
The formerly beautiful but always swampy trail has unfortunately been extremely damaged, like so many others, by massive use of harvesters. Even in winter it is difficult because you keep falling into frozen puddles.
