The Federal Palace in Bern is the seat of the government and parliament of the Swiss Confederation. The oldest part was built in 1852, and the building was completed in its current form in 1902.
If you are interested in the interior of the Federal Palace, you can get to know it better on a free tour during the session-free period. These take place from Tuesday to Saturday, in French in the morning and in German in the afternoon. An online reservation is required.
