Vandring
A boardwalk that, except for a bend (or two), goes almost straight through the wide wide valley. Standing still pays off here too. The last time we saw three deer in the distance, above us a fight between a bird of prey and a crow, and left and right some frogs and unusual flora. The boardwalk back further on the red route then winds through the wetlands again and during this period you can see blooming marsh marigolds.

Vandring
The valley consists of a peat package of 6 meters thick. In the spring you can enjoy spring flowers such as wood anemone and celandine, but marsh plants such as snake root also enjoy this damp spot. Natuurpunt has provided plank paths in the wettest spots so that you can cross the valley with dry feet. In damp periods, boots are still recommended!
