The brewery inn Blank is a unique and highly recommended destination. Where else can you get freshly caught trout, home-brewed beer, wild garlic schnapps and a guided tour of your own stalactite cave? That's right, that's only available at Blank's in Zwiefaltendorf on the edge of the Swabian Alb. Just ask for the tour in good time before you eat and don't come by on Sundays or Mondays, because that's a day off. Of course, our cave is not big with about 18-20 m, but it has something and if you are with us, just ask for a guided tour. We always do this on the hour, but only if the business in the inn allows it, because it is primarily important to us that everyone has something to drink and eat.
