I "stole" the declaration, so no guarantee ...:
"At the so-called Dreiländerstein, the borders of the two dioceses Bamberg and Würzburg met the Duchy of Saxony-Gotha."
To be honest, I haven't seen the stone itself, just the sign.
I now simply recommend the whole section of the route in the direction of Bischofsheim and Dörflis or in the other direction.
The landscape is really beautiful, hardly any traffic, but also not that easy, that costs grains ;-)

Landevejscykling
A stone is not visible from the road. Demanding road bike section in the Hassbergen. Here it goes up and down hills from Zeil am Main to Köslau.
Update September 2024:
When I drove past yesterday, I took a closer look here. The Dreiländstein is about 1 km from the main road (according to the signs). Probably not safely accessible by road bike.
