The classification order concerns the roofs, exterior and interior facades, except the two garages located on the left when entering the courtyard, but including the back wall. The well located in the courtyard is also classified.
This building owes its current name to the imposing brick structure built in the 18th century which housed a dovecote and which today overlooks the entrance porch.
